Working with our resident creative director and artist Weston James Palmer brought us the welcomed challenge of a three-part project: curating and designing his new book, as well as contributing to his website and film reel. Like many of our clients, WJP was hands-on throughout the entire creative process. Close collaboration is an essential component of Remote Studio. Together we curated a special book which stood behind our mission to help others on their journeys. The collaboration continued on through both a website & mobile experience. WJP’s innovations included ideas such as a free-flowing virtual journaling section that allowed for handwriting and artistic expression—a unique feature which sets our work apart from other websites. The final step was creating a captivating film reel by contributing to the direction, editing and sound. At Remote Studio, we know how important it is to package a cohesive vision across multiple platforms. We tuned the website and film reel to harmonize with WJP’s book. Seeing this many-faceted project come together furthered our inspiration to work with more artists in all mediums.
